I am enquiring on if I have any legal recourse towards my wife's therapist. She has seen him for the last couple three years and within the last few months I have found written evidence that she has feelings for him. He has performed therapy sessions at his home. She told me it is because he shares a office and did not have the office during their scheduled time slot. He has got her into Alchoholics annonimus and then taken her to the bar for drinks and dancing. My wifes best friend confided to me that she told her that she was with him sexually but my wife has told me that he stopped it before it had gone to far. When I confronted him about the whole thing he said it never happened and that my wife never went to his home with him when my wife told me herself that she did. Someone in our mix has turned him into the proper authorities and now he is being investigated for his actions. My wife decided we should take a trial seperation and I know she is still seeking out his therapy. He is a big part of the demise of my marriage and feel he should of nixed her as a patient when this all happened. His morals are in question now and I feel he has taken advantage of her. I have dates of most of the actions taken place and just wanting to know what I can do. I appreciate any respons.

If you report that to the state licensing board he will likely lose his license, or face sanctions of some severe kind.
