Default arson

My house was burned down by a 9 year old child on june 8th (we were out of town). This boy lives 3-4 blocks away and is sent to our area by his father,we live in a park lots of kids around. This boy is unsupervised and has recieved several rides home from our niebors as he stays late 11pm+ and nobody ever comes gets him. afaik his parents dont know anyone in the park..My question is isnt his parents responsable for the damage?

Default Re: arson

Yes they certainly are! They can be sued and the child and they can be prosecuted by the prosecutor as well.
