Default Second Represenitive Needs some Advice.

When there is a Will with a First Represenitive and a Second Represenitive who inherits a house, when the house sells, does the First Rep. have the right to take 1/2 the money they put into the house for repairs and other expenses out of the second representive money made from the sell of the house?...Is that legal when the Second Rep. has no say so on what repairs need to be done and on other expenses for that house? Is that Legal in the state of Florida?

--maybe you should have a lawyer briefly review it with you. It should say clearly who gets what. Regardless of who is first and second
