work at home program
Country: United States of America
State: Indiana Ordered work at home program from The Greatest Vitamin in the World, was charged $516.85 for program 11/15/06, $300 on 11/16 for Web Site and names. Could not make it work, as required send everything back, have letter from company, credit in works. After several phone calls, and promises, still don\'t have credit of $777.95 which was verified as amount I should receive. They have not returned last 6 calls. Help. |

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney... you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to their behavior. You may also report them to your state attorney general's office.
