car title
my husband ex-wife does not want to sign the title that has her as the co-applicant for the car now that they are divorced. the lawyer asked that all she requested was for him to refinance so her name could be taken off (this request was made through her lawyer not the courts in writing) now that he has done it (paid off in full) she does not want to sign i. what steps does he take now.he mailed the title for her to sign to her and she kept it.

She can be held in contempt under he divorce agreement if she fails to comply.
