Immigration Fraud (accused of fraud and misrepresentation about my prior marriage)

Before I came to the US, I have lived with my gf for 4 years and we were planning to get married. I have considered her and her child as my family. On all of the immigration papers I included them as my wife and kid (to get entry visa as well as when I applied for L1 visa in the US). But it turned out she got married back home. When I got married myself in the US with the US Citizen, my new case was frozen because I am now being accused of fraud and misrepresentation about my prior marriage. It appears that I will be getting deported. Can anyone help me with suggestions or their own similar experience? Thank you. |
