Intellectual property: How could I ensure that I will be paid for idea?

I have created new game for online poker rooms.
Game can generate huge additional income for poker rooms.
I would like to sell idea and the rules.
The game can be described in a few sentences.
If some poker room will be interested buying in the game how could I ensure that I will be paid for idea and the rules?

You have created a new game for online poker rooms. To safe guard your commercial interests you need to have a NCND (Non Circumvention Non Disclosure) agreement signed with a prospective customer interested in your game before providing details of your invention. Further, you can also file a Provisional Patent of your invention.
