DESCRIPTION
Florida Residential Rental Lease Agreement This comprehensive Lease Agreement is designed for a specific term such as 1 year, 6 months, etc, after which the lease ends or may be renewed. During the lease term, the Tenant may only be evicted for cause (not paying the rent, breaching the lease, etc). The Tenant is responsible for the entire amount of rent for the lease term, even if Tenant leaves early. This differs from a “month-to-month” lease in which either Landlord or Tenant may typically give one month’s notice to vacate the premises without cause.
