Insurance Company Withdrew prior to authorized date
California -Insurance company withdrew funds from my account while still reviewing my application. THey were not authorized to do so until 5 days after the date they did. This caused overdraft fees from my bank institution. I called to cancel my application. Requestd my money refunded as well as bank fees. THey denied. Can i take them to small claims court?

You sure can--and report them to the banking commission and your attorney general's office as well.
