There are no legal issues- all "step brother" means is that one of your parents is married to one of his- the law only cares about blood relatives.
To everyone saying it's sick and weird... not all step-siblings grow up together! Her parent could have married his parent when they were both grown adults, they could have been dating before the parents even got together, they could have all known each other for years before any of this happened... "step brother" does not mean they have been raised as siblings. |
