I could really use some help. I am wondering if someone could explain the difference between Sexual assault (level 1) and sexual assault (level 2). They both mention injuries to the victim. What is the difference? What kind of injuries are they comparing/looking at to differentiate? What does it mean when someone is, by law, unable to give consent? Drunk? Underage? What does it mean when the person by words or actions disagrees to continue with the activity? Can someone please give examples of this? I'm desperate.
