Abandonment

I allowed a boyfriend to move in, he was there for 18 months. I never put him on the lease. He moved out 2 months ago due to the fact that he is an alcoholic. He stated he was getting treatment, not true. He has informed several people we got married, I died in a car crash. I moved all his belongings outside my apartment except for the big screen TV. He pick up 1 bag of clothes over a month ago. I finally brought all the belongings left outside my place in to prevent them from getting ruined. Now he wants to pick up his belongings. I have sold certain things due to the fact that I was the sole provider for my daughter, him and my self. I supplied auto insurance at $500, registration. Towards the end he started taking money out of my wallet and blaming my daughter. I ended up getting extremely far behind in all my bills, lost my auto insurance. Now I am left with a 42 inch TV and some minor belongings. Can I sell the TV and tell him all belongings have been given or sold?
