zoning
new mexico.im disabled on ssd.i bought a camptrailer to live in with my backpay,was not aware at the time of zoning laws that state you cannot use a camptrailer for a permanet residence.the county inspector for chaves county where i am located came by and told me i could not live in it,that it is to small.it is an 18f.its just me and my dog and if im forced to move i will be homeless and lose camper.the trailer is on a friend of mines small ranch in the county and is hooked up to septic,elect.,water.the inspector said me and the landowner could go before a judge.whats my chances of getting a ruling in my favor and can i use the americans with disabilities act
