Traffic Citation (Tennessee)
Will i have to pay if i received a citation while driving somebody else car for expired tags and no insurance? Even if its not my car and i didn't know the tags were expired or they didn't have insurance?

You can force the owner to appear in court otherwise you can be held liable.
