Confused sexual harassment in school

Can a minor press sexual harassment charges against another minor, who has been legally identified as a sex offender? And took place in a weightlifting room full of students but none heard.

Well I just found out that he is not a registered sex offender due to him being only 17 but since he is a sex offender tho...does that mean he will be charged as an adult?

There should be a site that names and shames all types of sex offenders of all ages. Then people can add there dreadful experiences that took place with that particular predator. Then more women will come forward for the courts, knowing well there not alone.

But I dont think that he would be on there due to him being the same age as me and also i dont think he is legally registered as a sex offender because he is under the age of 18 he is only 17.

but may i have this site?

I am sorry,I would still name and shame him. he is a predator and could cause great harm to some other young girl in the near future. I would make a face book file of him and send it out to all his school friends. better safe than sorry. At 17 he is old enough for the Army and train to kill. Then he is old enough to be named and shamed.
