ex boyfriend blackmailing me?

This is very personal for me.
When I was 19 I did personal videos with my ex boyfriend. I of course regret it now, being i was only 19 and naive. I'm 23 now.
Anyway, I still keep contact with him. Through texts messages we were talking and he brought up the videos. It led to him saying if I should perform oral sex to him to prevent him from showing the videos to people or posting them online. I lied and said I'll do it to buy time. I of course don't want to do it and i feel so horrible for even doing the videos in the first place.What can i do legally? Is this blackmail? Sexual haressment? I don't whether i should tell him what i can do legally first or pursue what i can do legally without telling him. Can he post them online without my consent? any other tips would be helpful

That is a crime and you can report it to the police if you wish. Both the disclosure and the threat to disclose --invasion of privacy, publicly lewd behavior, pornography, blackmail, extortion...the list goes on.

If the tapes belong to him and are in his possession, he can do whatever he wants with them. If they belong to you and he stole them from you, that is another issue altogether.

The part that is concerning is the blackmail of trading sexual favors for privacy. It's best to contact law enforcement and ask what the laws are regarding that.

I would like to know what the police will do If I report that someone does blackmail me for money, or if I dont give him He will tell my husband that I've had affair with him?

You have two issues here

1. The video.
You have no control over that you made it willingly and he owns it. In short it was gifted

2. Blackmail
It is illegal to blackmail anyone even if its for sex and not money. This "is" actionable and any test etc you have is evidence of such. You can either tell him to return tape to you and you will delete texts etc or you will contact Police.

...By the way do not delete the text just in case he makes a copy of tape and tries to further blackmail you
