Brain Horst FCC Problems

On September 26 2004 Brain Horst Ham Radio Call sign K5IN used the “f” word on 28.4 MHZ. The incident was recorded and the Local FCC Field office in Kirkland Washington received a recording of the event. Dennis Anderson FCC investigator contacted the Mr. Horst and recommended corrective action.

Mr. Horst responded by apparently going to the complainant’s place of employment (ICOM America) and got the person fired. Rather than act like an adult and just take corrective action about his behavior he took pride in getting even with the person who turned him in.

The compliantent who lost his is now a state Employee himself and is making twenty five percent more in his salary. So to you Mr. Horst your intent to apparently get even has back fired! You lost in the end enjoy!!

By the way the complaintant still has a copy of the recording and can at anytime reproduce it. The CD that you friend got in the mail was only one of many copies that were made. One copy was hand deleivered to the FCC office in Kirkland Washington
