Can DHS caseworkers lie about mental health/disability records? I was told that my" I.Q. is 76" and that I am classified as "D.D.(developmentally delayed)" their basis is vague, they say "it's because my Mom did drugs when I was born." Is it fair for them to classify me on the basis of her history and on biased "previous assesments?" Everyone who knows me says that is not legitimate. Can the ARMY deny an application on the basis of these innaccurate "assements?" How can I contest the these "assesments?" What are my rights? Do I even have a case?

You might want to hire your own assessor to verify these claims.
