Parish wants to exhume family bodies and move to another grave for the purpose of construction of an access road to a new school to be built . My grandparents, my brother and my sister are buried in this grave and I wish them to remain intheir resting place and not to be moved . Can I object and what rights do I have ? Thank you for any assistance given on this question.

You absolutely can object.
They would have to take it to court where they may or may not prevail. |
