corrections officer ethics

My fiancee is on community corrections in Ks. Her corrections officer wouldn\'t let her Dr. refill her prescription of xanex while she was at home. She had to go take a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with the results. But her corrections officer wasn\'t happy with the results so she had her arrested on a pv and held for 9 days till she could be placed in inpatient treatment. The results of her eval said counseling at most. She had to be taken to the er 4 times for panic attacks (once while in jail and 3 times within 9 days of being in treatment). Her corrections officer (co) called her within 4 days of her being in treatment and told her if she didn\'t start making satisfactory progress she would pull her out of treatment and send her to prison.

Her co called her after her third panic attack in treatment and said that if she went to the emergency room again she would send her to prison and now she is in a state mental hospital (I believe the treatment center set this up to keep her from having to go to prison).

It doesn\'t seem to me that the corrections officer wants her to get the help she needs and i believe she is mentally abusing my fiancee. Is there any way to get a different corrections officer assigned to her and what other steps can be taken against this woman to keep her from abusing her power with someone else?

You can go back to the court-- perhaps with medical experts or those state med. people as witnesses-- and explain what is happening and ask the judge to make a change.
