I'm not too sure how to think a pun what is going on. I have an ex boyfriend who is upset because the loss of a kid, unfortunately i didn't want the child in his knowledge i told him i had a miscarriage as any human being some times people talk and not really do what they say. He has false accusation that "drinking and doing drugs" while pregnant caused the "miscarriage" he is trying to sue me even though i have not done anything illegal is that possible? i feel this is a silly question but, he keeps harassing me online about it (we live in different states now)

He cannot sue you and if he tries he will fail...ignore him now...

What I gather, and I may be wrong, as your post is incoherent, is that you had an abortion but told him you miscarried? Am I misinterpreting this?

Unfortunately in the U.S., men have no reproductive rights whatsoever. So, unfortunately, he cannot sue you. Or rather, he can try, but he will not win.
