Hi all,
I've 40 pages I need to make 5 certified copies of each through a legal notary, but that will cost a fortune here. I was wondering if i can legally do just 1 certified copy through the notary, then just make photocopies of those certified ones ? Or must I make 5 copies, and let the notary certify each one? Thanks. |

Normally, there are only one or two pages that need handwritten information filled in and your signature. Simply make 5 copies of in its entirety and fill out only those one or two pages in front of the notary, have him/her notarize those particular pages and you're done.
All notarized documents must be original. |
