Lean on property for not buying kitchen cabinet
Hi,
I had asked for a quote for putting new cabinets in my Kitchen. The kitchen layout that was shown to me, was not what I wanted. I was not happy with his work and do not want to buy the cabinets from him. He is now threatening to put a lien on my house unless I pay some money. There was never any agreement to pay nor were we told that there would be a charge. What can I do to protect myself. |
