Texas Tobacco Law
Does any one know if it legal to exchange, refund, or return a tobacco product once purchased. Please only answer if you have facts. Thanks

I don't have the citation but in our store we are told it cannot be done. And that it is not permitted by law.
But you could also ask your local DA... |
