If your difficulties are internal -- i.e. scheduling, conflicts with fellow workers, etc. -- the place to take your concerns is your human resources department. If there are serious issues at stake -- i.e. sexual harassment, unlawful discrimination, etc. -- then you will need to address those matters with the appropriate governmental agency(ies) and/or legal counsel.
