I got a letter from an attorney stating he has been retained to file a lawsuit by a man who says he fell on a sidewalk of a vacant property I have in Pennsylvania. He will not give me any information other than the man's name. I live on social security and don't have a lot of money for a lawyer. Is there a way any lawyer would defend me pro-bono? This was to be my retirement house when my wife retires. It is paid for and is worth about $40,000. I would hate to lose it in a lawsuit.
