tar melted to tire in parking lot
Hello, yesterday I was at a dental office to get some dental work done, I parked in a spot in front of the building and was in the office for approximately and hour and 1/2. When I returned to my car, the tar from the parking lot was melted to my tire, is the dental office responsible for the repair to my tire?
