Texas, Ok I was buying a car from an indiviual and he gave me the title to put the car in my name. Now the car belongs to me,other than being morally wrong, I don't owe this man anymore money right? Does the car legally belong to me? He isn't on the title as a lein holder, the title has never been in his name.

It does belong to you but you still owe the agreed debt and can be sued for it.
