Question about filing cheating 420 case
i am a single parent with 11 yrs young daughter living in Mumbai, India. two years back a person took all our divorce settlement money and now in Nepal. we do not have his address in Nepal but we do have his phone number in Nepal. He has given me a cheque of that amount and it has bounced because of insufficient funds in his account. can i file a cheating 420 case against him? can they find him without his address in Nepal?

He certainly can be located. You may want to ask world law to have their local staff hunt him down!
