Busing Behavior Children

What are the laws pertaining to this. My granddaughter is going to a behavior school but the district in which i live is busing her. I believe there are 14 children on this bus which has a drvier and 2 aids. Some are required to wear a harness and some aren't. They are not consistant in the ones they do make wear it either. My granddaughter is consistantly getting suspended off the bus - majority of the time it is for unfastening the harness. I thought there were laws requiring the district to transport these children to the behavior school - if not by the bus then via some other form of transportation. Instead they kick her off the bus so they don't have to contend with her. Is there anything I can do or not?

File a complaint with the school board you are at and where you live.

Call your state elected official to help if need be.
