car title issue.
awhile ago i was dumb enough to purchase a car from a private owner without a title and now the seller is almost impossible to get ahold of. if i get the title bonded which will be much more expensive than just giving me the tile, am i able to go after the seller in small claims court never providing the title and costing me potentialy thousands of dollars in registration costs which would only cost about $200-$300 with a title?
