I am unsure what all can be legally done in a protest demonstration against a circus/rodeo performance in Texas.

You can stand on any public road or location, sidewalk etc. and hold your sign.
The police dept likely has few tips as well --- or call the DA. Some cities have instructions how to avoid any legal infractions while still protesting. |
