Big Grin Who is the one to be responsible ?

I am a tenant. The landlord bought a pool which is in the house. However, he hasn't completed all the payment, but only part of it. Is the ownership transferred legally to the landlord yet ?

The staff of the pool contractor uses to come with a very long equipment which nearly hit on my car every time. If in case one day, they scratch my car, who is responsible ? The owner, the pool contractor, or the staff of the pool contractor who make the mistake ?

Can the pool contractor say that the staff who make the scratch is only a part time, and therefore he has no liability on the scratch ? As such, if the man who make the scratch has no money to compensate, what should I do ?

Thanks a lot.
