We own a fully paid timeshare in Los Cabos Mexico. As our maintenance fee is up to $900, we unable to sell or donate & would like to walk away. What are the consequences????

They may try to report it to your credit agencies. That is normally all they do.

Can they post to your credit report if they do not have our social security numbers?
