Angry Mexican Timeshare (paid timeshare in Los Cabos Mexico)

We own a fully paid timeshare in Los Cabos Mexico. As our maintenance fee is up to $900, we unable to sell or donate & would like to walk away. What are the consequences????

They may try to report it to your credit agencies. That is normally all they do.

I wouldn't exactly say "that is all they do". Reporting it to your credit agency can have substancial consequences including raising interest rates on existing credit, higher rates on any new credit you apply for including car loans and mortgages, and also higher insurance premiums, among many other things.

I don't think you were implying it, but wanted to clarify: These types of bad things on your credit reports can have severe consequences. Spend the $100 and take your contract to a lawyer. Having a lifetime ability to collect maintenance fees from you just doesn't sound right.
