Drunks

State of Maine incident. Intoxicated under age people in public hallway of a condo building. 2:00am in the morning. They decide to empty the Fire Alarm Extinguished and this sets off the Fire Alarm System and evacuates the building. Security, not police, show up and Fire Department Also. Fire Department empties building and when al is clear allows everyone back in. Extinguisher dust all over walls, ceilings and floors. Beer cans and some trash in hallway also.

What action should of the security people had taken????? Should the police been summoned and the intoxicated people arrested??? Did they break the law by Tampering with the Fire Alarm System??? What laws of Maine did they break.

Yes they did break the law. You can file a police report yourself if need be.

It is not illegal for the security to have taken limited action but you can still act as well.
