hi, i am 15, and i used to go out with this guy, who was 17 wen i was with him but has turned 18 now. we have broke up now but he always abuses me and i told him to stay out of my life and leave me alone. i blocked and deleted him from everything but yet he still finds a way to get in contact with me. today he was on a friend of mines acount, (he is also friends with him) and was abusing me. am i able to have him charged with harrassment?
he also told me to "shut the f#*@k up or see what happens" .. is that enough of a threat to put a restraining order on him?
