NEED HELP PLZ!!!!

I have heard of people having stuff removed or the charge lowerd from there record. what all can be done. you see the thing is. I am trying to get into the army and i have a civil infraction stopping me from doing so. The Army will only over look 2 misters meaners and 1 felony. i have 2 misdemeanor and 1 felony. I was in the process of enlisting when my dog broke his chain while i was at work and ran off. the cops found him and gave me a civil infraction ( dog at large) a ticket I never even went to court. Well went I went back in sign the paper work after my fines where paid off they said i could no longer enlist. I wrote a letter to senator Carl Levin asking if there was anything they could do to help me. They wrote a letter to James D. Rosenberg Chief, congressional and special actions branch at the Army recruiting command. he wrote back saying there was nothing he could do. My only chance is to have my record altered. I am not asking to have the felony or misdemeanors taken away i made mistakes in my life and i must live with it. but should a ticket for a dog running off keep a man from his dream? I was not even home I was at work. any advise you have would be of great help. I am running out of ideas. I feel in my heart I belong in the Army.

I would think the Senator's office should easily be able to resolve that.

but if not go and meet with the DA and see if they can work out some court order that will reduce or suspend part while you enlist--it is often done.
