President
EIPHNH(=PEACE), INC is registered in Delaware, USA, but its headquarters will be located in OXIPO, ELLAS(OSCHIRO, GREECE), where much of the activities will take place. In in the future, other centers similar to the one that will be built in OXIPO will be also built in other places in ELLAS.
EIPHNH's scope is international due to the nature of its mission, and activities. Can I leave the title as it is? Can you provide sites where I can find samples of articles of incorporation and by-laws from which I can get ideas and modify them for EIPHNH? Thanks! Evpike Enrique TORRESMARTINEZ |
