Confused Is land owner liable? (Person injured by a said animal in California)
I live in California. If a land owner allows an animal to be housed on his property and a person is injured by said animal who is liable the land owner or person who owns animal (steer)? Beware of steer and enter at own risk signs are posted and gate is locked.

it depends on weather or not you were al;lowed on the property if so and the animao attacked you outside his area then the land owner and the owner of the animal could be liable jointly!!
