I rented a car in Montreal, Canada from Oct. 3 to Oct. 24
The company charged on my credit card a deposit of $1,050 CDN on Oct. 3, then charged $776.89 CDN on Oct. 15 and then $273.11 on Nov. 7 for a total of $2,100 CDN. I live in Mexico and called then many time but still waiting for a refund. What was supposed to be done is: deposit $1,050 (on Oct. 3) minus $776.89 and received a credit of $273.11 on Oct. 24 My question is: what is the legal action I can take against them with a company in Canada and me living in Mexico? Thank you for your time. |

Your card company will cancel it if you dispute it, and then review all evidence from both sides.
