Default Wind blown leaves

Since Satan herself, yes, she is a 72 year old woman with flaming, hard rock, dyed red hair, moved next to us, we have had the neighbor, well, from hell. We live in an area where trees abound, yet, four years ago, Satan's daughter, who has just passed her bar exam, sued us for, are you ready? One million dollars! Why, you ask? Because leaves from the trees in our backyard blow over to her backyard and pool, causing her inmeasurable psychological and emotional distress, rendering her pool useless, thus eliminating any possibility of holding the social events she once held in that area.

A well paid attorney got us of that mess ($10,000.00 fee). Well, just today our demonic neighbor called us to tell us that we have to do something about the leaves that have recently fallen in her yard/pool. The area that we live in was just subjected to winds of 65 mph!

My question: How can we defend ourselves from an attorney living next door who engages in this incredible course of action?

Where can we hire someone to get not only the leaves, but the whole bloody tree to fall on the pool, and, ideally, on mother Demon and Demonique herself?

You could probably go to court yourself on that and have it thrown out.

You are not legally responsible for leaves--she can put up a fence or blow them away herself.
