Legal or not legal
I live in New Mexico, USA I really would like to place some sports bets at betus.com They are located in Costa Rica. Funding of an account by MoneyGram. Withdraws they send you a check. So my question is: Is it legal for me to place bets on their internet site?

Not really.
It is a grey area and not too many prosecutions but most lawyers will advise you it is not legal even if the law is directed to the operators and not you--you are still conspiring with the operator. |
