Mining Lease
I am from the Philippines.
My questions is about Mining lease. Is a mining lease can be subjected to an extra-judicial or judicial partition among the heirs of the claimants? If we will file a judicial partition, where will be the venue? Please, I need an answer regarding these matters. Thanks and more power! |
