Labour law dilemma
I joined a company 6 days ago. I only signed the offer letter but not a employment contract as yet. Yesterday I received a offer from another company and really want to take up the offer.
Can I give 24hours notice and is the company obligated to pay me? Please advice soonest Thanks |

They don't really have to pay you for that one day in and out---but you can leave. Your not bound yet.
