MI Law about minors and sexual issues

I am completing a masters in psychology and we currently have a case/vignette discussion going concerning a 13 yr old who is pregnant. She has come to counseling and we are discussing our duties (confidentiality, fidelity, justice, etc) and all issues revolving around this child and her situation. My questions concern Michigan Law.

1. How old for consensual sex?
2. In MI would 13 yrs result in a statuatory rape charge?
3. If she decided to terminate the pregnancy would the parents have to be notified? This might be a consideration if there were the possibility of abuse, fear of parent, etc?
4. Is there anything specific to MI law that may be useful to know in this case?
5. How do we access MI law to find answers to questions like this? I kept getting the run around when trying to find these answers.
