Unhappy Pre-school's unfair treatment of 4 yr old

The pre-school in question has a dispute with the parents over outstanding fees. While the matter is being resolved, they are not allowing the 4 yr old to do her extra mural activities (ballet & swimming lessons). These lessons are run by private individuals who come to the school once a week. The lessons are paid directly to the ballet/swimming teachers and have nothing to do with school fees. Is it legal for the school to do this?

[NO it is not at all right and legal, you may talk to the principal of the school and ask them for a explanation, perhaps, if they have a point of your child's unability to join, which is true then you can't say them anything. Better talk directly to the principal instead of wasting time with teachers. ]

The Principal (who is also the owner) is the one who is stopping her.
