Drivers License Problem
When I was 16 My mother who has since passed away was very sick and I quit school and went to work to help out, In texas you had to either be in school or be 18 to get a drivers license. she forged my D.O.B. to make me 18 I am now 36 and live In Alabama and never did correct my age on my license. It just never came up nor presented a problem. Now I am planning to go on a cruise and need a passport and for the first time It is now going to be a problem. I just wonder what the process and possible criminal actions I may be facing. Thanks for anyone who can give me advice.
