Blackmail
Florida:
A friend of mine was recently released from prison on possession charges. An ex friend of his has an incriminating videotape of him dealing with drugs and is threatening to use it against him. Should he be worried? What should he do? |

That is illegal and the person could be charged with blackmail, and they would be jailed.
