My wife became addicted to pain pills from a doctor who kept giving them to her even though the prescription would run out. I confronted him about it and he told my wife that he could not be her doctor any longer. It has been over two years but can I still sue him?

You can if he was negligent in doing so. That is not always easy to prove.
He could even be charged criminally. |
